Job Summary: -
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of Chorus Café at Kala Ghoda, ensuring excellent service standards, efficient operations, and welcoming guest experience. This role includes supervision of staff, managing inventory, financial oversight, and implementing operational strategies. The Café Manager will play a key role in building team efficiency, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving business growth while maintaining the café’s standards of quality and service.
Job Description: -
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
· Monitor guest interactions and maintain high standards of hospitality, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
· Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
· Handle and resolve operational issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to service.
· Manage café budgets, monitor daily sales, control costs, and work toward maximizing profitability.
· Oversee ordering, stock management, and inventory control for food, beverages, and supplies.
· Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure consistent food and beverage quality.
· Supervise, train, and motivate café staff including servers, baristas, and support staff.
· Prepare staff schedules to ensure optimal staffing based on business requirements.
· Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions on service standards, menu knowledge, and guest interaction.
· Address guest complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring service recovery and guest loyalty.
· Work with management to create and implement promotional campaigns to drive footfall and sales.
· Maintain compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
· Represent the café in management discussions, providing inputs on operations and strategy.
Job Specification: -
· Strong knowledge of café/restaurant operations, service management, and inventory control.
· Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to build and motivate a team.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
· Ability to perform under pressure and make quick, effective decisions.
· Basic financial acumen with experience in handling budgets, sales targets, and cost controls.
· Familiarity with POS systems, billing, and reporting software.
· Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
