Wellness Staff - Boutique Oil & Beauty Products

Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Wellness Staff member to join our high-fashion boutique. The role involves promoting and selling premium wellness products, including essential oils, skincare, and beauty items, while delivering a luxurious shopping experience aligned with the boutiques brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with product selection, offering personalized recommendations based on skin type, lifestyle, and preferences.
• Demonstrate and explain product usage, benefits, and application techniques.
• Educate clients on the wellness benefits of oils, natural beauty products, and self-care routines.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling.
• Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and overall wellness section aesthetics in line with boutique standards.
• Conduct mini wellness consultations, skincare trials when required.
• Manage stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and report low inventory to management.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, including follow-up on purchases and after-sales care.
• Stay updated on new product launches, beauty trends, and wellness industry developments.
• Support boutique events and promotional activities related to wellness products.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or wellness products (luxury retail preferred).
• Strong sales and customer service skills with a consultative approach.
• In-depth product knowledge or willingness to learn about essential oils, natural beauty care, and wellness solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional grooming, poise, and a warm, approachable personality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and special events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
