Job Description

Role & responsibilities

overseeing all daily operations, managing staff through hiring, training, scheduling, and motivation, and handling financial responsibilities like budgeting and inventory control

Operations and management

Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
Create staff schedules and manage shift coverage.
Maintain safety, hygiene, and health standards, including compliance with food safety regulations.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, while also working to build customer loyalty.

Staff and human resources

Recruit, hire, and train new employees.
Motivate and manage staff to ensure excellent customer service.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
Foster a positive work environment and resolve staff conflicts.

Financial and business development

Analyze sales and profitability, and work to meet revenue objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to improve sales.
Manage budgets and prepare reports on sales and costs.
Coordinate marketing activities and events to attract customers.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with 2-4 Years QSR Restraunt Manager Experience
Candiate must speak and write English and Tamil mandatory languages
Candiate must be polite and soft spoken.
