Senior Analyst - Reporting- Deloitte Support Services India Private LimitedThe Reporting Senior Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering insightful reports and dashboards that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This role acts as a subject matter expert in data analysis, reporting tools, and business intelligence, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and relevance for stakeholders. The Senior Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable analytics solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesReport Development & AutomationDesign, build, and maintain complex reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting outputs.Data Analysis & InsightsAnalyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.Present findings and recommendations to business leaders in a clear, concise manner.Support ad-hoc data requests and deep-dive analyses as needed.Stakeholder EngagementPartner with business units to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements.Train and support end-users on reporting tools and best practices.Communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.Quality Assurance & GovernanceValidate data sources, calculations, and outputs for accuracy.Maintain documentation for reporting processes and data definitions.Adhere to data governance, privacy, and compliance standards .Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and tools.Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics and reporting.USI supporting NSE:The USI NSE Finance and Business operation team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in Belgium with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing, and IT services.Qualifications and experience required:Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field .3+ years of experience in reporting, or analytics roles.Advanced proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources .Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau Desktop Specialist).Experience in data visualization.Prior experience in Finance and Operations.Location: HyderabadWork timings:11 AM to 8 PM, can change according to business needs.How You Will GrowAt Deloitte, we have invested a great deal to create a rich environment in which our professionals can grow.
