What are we looking for you to do?

• Release Process & Quality Management:

   Oversee the entire release process while maintaining a high standard of quality.

• Release Plans Communication:

   Effectively communicate release plans to all stakeholders involved.

• Progress Monitoring:

   Measure and monitor progress to meet release deadlines efficiently.

• Operational Excellence:

   Ensure that releases meet or exceed expectations in terms of functionality and performance.

• Prioritization Management:

   Strategically prioritize tasks and activities for optimal release outcomes.

• Release Strategy Ownership

  : Take ownership of defining, communicating, and executing the release strategy.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

   Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout the release cycle.

• Cross-Functional Coordination:

   Coordinate seamlessly between diverse teams across functions and geographical locations.

• Attention to Detail:

   Pay close attention to assembling interrelated components and streamline the release management process meticulously.

• Release Calendar Management:

   Lead the planning and execution of release calendars, including readiness and milestone reviews.

• Risk Management:

   Identify, mitigate, and resolve risks that may impact release scope, quality, or timelines.

• Deployment Management:

   Ensure smooth deployment of deliverables to production, coordinating with relevant teams for readiness.

• Configuration Management:

   Adhere strictly to configuration management processes and best practices.

• Quality Assurance:

   Manage the execution of production regression/sanity tests to uphold software quality standards.

• Mobile App Management:

   Oversee PROD mobile app submission and maintenance processes.

• Capacity Planning:

   Efficiently manage the capacity and resources of the release team.

• Backup Support:

   Provide backup support for the Software Quality Management (SQM) Lead when necessary.

• Test Strategy Definition:

   Define comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure thorough testing coverage.

What are we looking for in the successful candidate?

•  Ideally 5+ years’ experience in a lead role preferably working in mobile and cloud based eco-system
• Ability to drive pipeline automation and deployment
• Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
• Ability to handle configuration management
• A two to six-year experience in using project or release management tools
• An expert understanding of software development lifecycle
• Excellent analytical skills
• Structured thinking
