Summary of Role

As our Release Manager, you are the commander of Mission Control for our entire software delivery lifecycle. You will own the end-to-end release process, from planning and coordination to execution and improvement. This is a high-priority and high-impact role where you will serve as the central hub, collaborating across Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Customer Success to ensure every release is a non-event for our customers. Your leadership will directly impact platform stability, the speed of innovation, and customer trust.

Your Impact & What You'll Do

You wont just be following a checklist; you’ll be the architect and guardian of the process that delivers value to our users.

• Be the Conductor of Our Release Cadence:

  You will own, manage, and communicate the master release calendar. You'll be the single source of truth, aligning every team—from Product to Customer Success—on a unified timeline and ensuring crystal-clear communication to our customers before and after every launch.

• Command Mission Control for Deployments:

  Oversee the journey of our code through every environment (Dev QA UAT Production). You will champion our CI/CD pipelines, enforce best practices, and make the critical go/no-go decisions during production deployments.

• Master the Art of the Staged Rollout:

  Navigate the complexities of a multi-tenant environment by designing and managing sophisticated rollout strategies. You’ll leverage feature flags and coordinate phased releases (from pilot customers to global availability) to minimize risk and maximize impact.

• Engineer a Faster, Safer Release Engine:

  You are obsessed with improvement. You will track key metrics (MTTR, change failure rate), lead release retrospectives, and drive initiatives to make our deployment pipeline more reliable, efficient, and automated.

  You have a deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ITIL principles, but you’re not rigid. You know how to adapt and evolve processes to improve speed and reliability.

• You’re a Natural Communicator and Collaborator:

  You excel at stakeholder management and can articulate complex technical information to both engineering and business audiences with ease. You build bridges between teams and create clarity out of chaos.
