All about the role: As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for building a competence center in the QA Domain, ensuring that CDI XO has a standardized approach towards testing including, processes, tooling and skill building. What you’ll do: Test Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies that cover end-to-end test execution to roll out complex digital products in a complex multiple technology domains. This includes System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Smoke Tests, with an emphasis on quality, alignment with requirements, and overall test coverage. Provide coaching to Test Leads and Test Engineers, to ensure the team has the proper skillset and mindset to support our mission of delivering reliable solutions. Build and maintain a capacitation strategy to track different levels of seniority in the team and their development over time. Exposure to both manual and automated test execution methods, including experience in driving test automation initiatives. Strong understanding of on-prem solutions, API integrations, and cloud-native solutions (AWS, Azure, etc.).
