Integration Architect - Rest API Support

Summary of the Role:

• Serve as the technical point of contact for SaaS CLM product's REST API, providing expert-level support and guidance to customer development teams, partners, and internal consultants.
• Architect and design elegant and effective integration solutions between our CLM product and various enterprise systems like CRM, ERP, and CPQ (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to API integration, offering timely and clear solutions to our customers.
• Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including API guides, code samples, best practice articles, and tutorials to empower our customers.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and our internal Product and Engineering teams, translating customer requirements and feedback into actionable product enhancements.
• Lead technical workshops and training sessions to educate customers and partners on our API capabilities and integration best practices.
  

What you bring:

• 10+ years of experience in software development, application support, or solution architecture.
• Expert-level knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack, particularly.NET Framework /.NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET Web API.
• Extensive hands-on experience with designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong understanding of API security standards and protocols, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and JWT.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems in integrated environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Architect, Senior Support Engineer, Professional Services Consultant).
• Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), legal-tech, or other enterprise SaaS products.
• Experience with integration platforms (iPaaS) like MuleSoft, Boomi, or Zapier.
  

Good to have:

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure App Service, Azure Functions, API Management, Logic Apps).
