About Our Client

- Lead the life cycle management of the Integration Releases across the system environments.
- Define and implement the overall strategy for build, test, change and release management, aligning it with the company's broader technology roadmap and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive release plan, documentation, post change deployment validations for all the processes and procedures.
- Conduct Release retrospection, identify opportunities, provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement of the Releases.
- Lead the Change management with proper documentation, reviews, compliance and risk management.
- Collaborate with the Integration Build, Test and Operations teams to align on the Release roadmap, Sprint planning, Release planning, Resource preparation to ensure a smooth production release.
- Establish and track the overall Release key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the build, deploy, and release processes through automation and optimization initiatives.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to the software delivery pipeline.
- A key contributor to shape the DevOps culture and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Champion the adoption of DevOps principles across the LoB units IT application teams.
- Design/Build scalable solution using DevOps process to support spike during major peak season/promotion/sales campaigns.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using industry-best practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Effectively drive multiple Integration programs/projects Hypercare care support with daily tracking of the tickets in ServiceNow dashboards, prioritize defect fixes and status reporting to the program Leadership.
- Develop and implement robust monitoring and alerting systems to ensure timely detection and resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure the stability and security of the deployment infrastructure.
- Oversee the configuration and maintenance of build servers, load and performance testing, deployment environments, and related infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain appropriate security protocols and controls throughout the SDLC.
- Lead a team of engineers specializing in build, test, deployment, and release management.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment that values innovation, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing.
- Understands business requirements and works with Integration and Project managers to ensure that integration activities enhance business processes.
- Understand master / transaction data and provide expertise in architecting, developing and maintaining solutions.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for integration projects Change and Release management to all the Line of Business Units integration programs/projects
- Troubleshoot critical non-production and production issues.
- Good understanding of complex Integration landscape covering different capabilities such as Events Driven Architecture, API, ESB, MFT, ETL and Workato
- Drive regular status reporting to senior stakeholders on the overall Release health.
- Ability to drive complex Vendor Delivery organization and influence outcomes with Vendors spanning different organizations associated to different business functions
The Successful Applicant
- BS or equivalent degree with 12+ years of information technology experience
- Very effective communication skills and strong at negotiation with senior stakeholders
- Solid problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.
- Strong project management skills to drive release of large Integration projects.
- Expert in managing large complex programs end to end change and release management.
- Prior experience of working on integration projects involving Rest APIs is expected.
- Team Leadership, Strategy, Planning, Process Optimization & Automation.
- Competent in new technology evaluation and should be able to support technical change management
- Hands on experience with at least one of the following technologies in Cloud environments: Event Driven Architecture
- API Gateway
- ESB
- MFT
- Informatica
- Azure ecosystem
- Workato
