What you ll do: Lead RM program execution across all regions and systems, coordinating sprint cycles focused on defect resolution and production stability Define, track, and drive improvement across DevOps metrics: Deployment Frequency, Lead Time, Change Failure Rate, and Mean Time to Recovery Serve as a primary escalation point for production issues and align stakeholders on incident response and resolution planning Oversee change management workflows, ensuring deployments are assessed for risk and readiness Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into system health, regression quality, and delivery velocity Drive operational excellence through process improvements, retrospectives, and proactive issue prevention Partner with Engineering leadership to assess technical debt, prioritize fixes, and balance maintenance with new feature delivery Coach and mentor other program managers supporting production operations Represent the RM function in cross-organizational planning and quarterly release readiness forums What We re Looking For: Basic Qualifications 8+ years of experience in program or technical project management, with at least 3 in a production environment Proven track record of managing large-scale operations, reliability, or sustaining engineering programs Strong understanding of Agile delivery and production-readiness best practices Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, especially in high-pressure situations Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline Preferred Qualifications Experience with EV charging platforms (CPMS, OCPP), mobile/backend app ecosystems, or other distributed systems Familiarity with incident management platforms, observability tooling, and CI/CD pipelines Experience operationalizing DORA metrics or ITIL-based change management practices Comfortable leading in a global, matrixed environment with stakeholders across time zones What We Offer: A work environment that allows you to work with and learn from some of the best and brightest in this emerging industry The ability to make a difference in a world that needs our technology to help reduce carbon emissions and enable a more sustainable energy future through the use of electric vehicle charging software, services and infrastructure The freedom to learn, suggest, and implement innovative new ideas applied to our systems, processes, programs and technologies Daily ownership of your role in a challenging, high-growth environment.
