Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong facilitation and group dynamics skills. Experience with adult learning principles and methodologies. Basic understanding of L&D project management principles. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in relevant areas such as adult education, instructional design, or specific soft skills training methodologies.
