Were looking for an experienced engineer who can turn complex data into actionable insights using the AWS ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines on AWS. Work with large datasets to perform ETL/ELT transformations using tools like AWS Glue, EMR, and Lambda . Optimize and monitor data workflows , ensuring reliability and performance. Collaborate with data analysts, architects, and other engineers to build data solutions that support business needs. Implement and manage data lakes , data warehouses , and streaming architectures . Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are met across platforms. Participate in code reviews , documentation, and mentoring of junior data engineers. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in data engineering , with strong hands-on work in the AWS cloud ecosystem . Proficiency in Python , PySpark , and SQL . Strong experience with AWS services : AWS Glue , Lambda , EMR , S3 , Athena , Redshift , Kinesis , etc. Expertise in data pipeline development and workflow orchestration (e.g., Airflow , Step Functions ). Solid understanding of data warehousing and data lake architecture. Experience with CI/CD , version control (GitHub) , and DevOps practices for data environments.
