Job Profile Summary:

The Internship Program allows students the opportunity to explore and develop a variety of work experiences and skills. Over the internship period, you will collaborate with several teams and departments and build a firm knowledge of our business and company culture. Participants will also go through a professional curriculum and plan a final presentation event together as a cohort. The program targets graduate students in their final year and acts as a pipeline for full-time employment opportunities after graduation.

Finance & Analytics Team:

Department Hierarchy (Bangalore Team):

Analyst -> Analyst 2 -> Senior Analyst -> Lead Analyst -> Manager -> Senior Manager -> Director

Overall Department Responsibilities: The focus is to help the Banks understand their risk profiles, risk management processes needed to support those risk profiles by doing the following:

- Generate data-driven insights for all modeling needs of the Banks and the practical results of models.

- Analyze the effects of policy and strategy changes on outcomes.

- Extract data for conducting exploratory data analysis and prepare data in a usable format for various statistical requirement.

- Document process and results

Overall:

Collaboration and Communication - Collaborates with team to establish connections across products, business units, processes, etc. Utilizes critical thinking skills to help analyze business issues, collaborates with stakeholders to resolve problems, and gains consensus to present the best solution.

Time Management- Utilizes knowledge of various tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SQL, SAS or Python to execute daily work. Demonstrates the ability to work independently, remain organized, and prioritize work to work on multiple projects over the same time period with accuracy and attention to detail. Establishes and meets critical deadlines while prioritizing multiple activities and complex projects simultaneously.

Minimum Qualifications:

Currently pursuing Bachelor s /Master s degree

Area of Study: Finance, Economics, Statistic, Marketing, Analytics, Credit Risk, Operational Excellence, Computer science or other related major or field of study
