Job Description: L&D Executive Organization: GSPANN Technologies Location: Hyderabad Experience: 4-8 years in L&D project management About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Soft Skills Trainer to join our growing L&D team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of our employees. Key Responsibilities: Training Needs Analysis & Design: Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop relevant training programs. Design and develop engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, workshops, case studies, and simulations. Create and maintain training documentation, including course outlines, participant guides, and evaluation materials. Training Delivery: Deliver high-quality training sessions on a variety of soft skills, including: Communication (written & verbal) Interpersonal skills Teamwork & collaboration Leadership & management Presentation skills Problem-solving & decision-making Conflict resolution Time management & prioritization Stress management & emotional intelligence Facilitate interactive learning experiences, including group discussions, role-playing, and case studies. Adapt training methodologies to meet the diverse learning styles of participants. Training Evaluation & Improvement: Track training outcomes and measure the effectiveness of training programs. Gather and analyze feedback from participants to identify areas for improvement. Continuously refine training programs based on feedback and evolving business needs. L&D Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of L&D projects, including budget management, logistics, and vendor coordination. Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training and L&D. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 4-8 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, preferably in an IT corporate setting. Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong facilitation and group dynamics skills. Experience with adult learning principles and methodologies. Basic understanding of L&D project management principles. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in relevant areas such as adult education, instructional design, or specific soft skills training methodologies. Experience with learning management systems (LMS). Experience in a technology-driven environment.
