Responsibilities:- 1. Business Growth & Target Achievement Drive new business acquisition and development against set targets. Ensure profitability and growth through margin management. Monitor performance across revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. 2. Market Identification & Management Identify and manage target market accounts contributing to revenue and profit. Evaluate trading and prospect customers at regional levels. Define optimal territory structures. Set and agree on budget and revenue targets across areas and territories. 3. Strategic Sales Planning Develop and deploy region-specific sales strategies aligned with organizational goals. Prepare business plans for TSM & Retail sales channels. Ensure local plans align with regional strategies. Monitor revenue and gross margins against targets. 4. Customer Relationship Management Establish and maintain senior-level relationships with customers. Ensure effective communication and engagement with all relevant stakeholders. Guide relationship development across all levels of the team. Keep customers informed and supported. 5. Marketing & Product Support Identify product development opportunities based on market trends and customer needs. Support rollout of new products across the team. Participate in MICE events for brand visibility and lead generation. 6. People Management Recruit and retain high-performing TSM staff. Conduct coaching, performance reviews, and regular team assessments. Promote learning and development across the team. Implement reward/recognition schemes in coordination with HR. Participate in succession planning and employee engagement initiatives. 7. Process Implementation & Compliance Ensure consistent implementation of TSM policies and structures. Promote continuous improvement through best practices. Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience. Track and manage performance through data-driven approaches. 8. Project Contribution Lead and participate in strategic business unit projects. Ensure project deliverables are met and involve relevant experts as needed. 9. Customer Experience Leadership Champion a culture of customer delight through visible leadership and behavior. Design and implement customer experience strategies at the regional level. Promote core values and customer-first behavior across teams.
