Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hub Manager located in Rajkot. The Hub Manager will oversee day-to-day operations at the hub, ensuring efficiency in the receipt, handling, storage, and dispatch of goods. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, managing staff, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The Hub Manager is also expected to optimize processes, handle client interactions, and ensure compliance with company policies and protocols.

Qualifications

• Operations Management and Team Leadership skills
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, and supply chain management
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in using logistics software and tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in logistics
• Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
