Hub In-charge for a first-mile hub responsible to manage day-to-day hub operations, focusing on efficient first-mile logistics, staff supervision, and resource optimization.
Key responsibilities include overseeing product collection, managing delivery staff, monitoring shipment processes, ensuring compliance with safety and business standards, and collaborating with other teams to resolve issues and improve performance. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in logistics software and understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) like on-time delivery rates.
Minimum 3 years experience is required as a Hub Incharge in Logistics.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
