Conduct legal research and analysis to stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company. Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Manage and resolve legal disputes and claims in a timely and cost-effective manner. Collaborate with external counsel and other advisors as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate or commercial law firm.
