The Address Co-working Space is a dynamic and innovative co-working community dedicated to providing professionals and entrepreneurs with a vibrant and collaborative work environment. We are committed to creating a space where individuals can thrive, connect, and grow their businesses. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Hub Manager to lead our dynamic co-working community at The Address Co-working Space. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the overall success of our hub. You will report to the Cluster Lead and the location for this position is Vadodara. This is a full-time role with a salary range of 30,000 - 70,000 INR per month. Key Responsibilities: - Developing and executing sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones - Building relationships with local businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals to promote our co-working space - Meeting and exceeding sales targets to contribute to the growth and profitability of the hub - Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hub to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for members - Managing the maintenance and upkeep of the facilities, including coordinating with vendors and contractors - Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized workspace - Collaborating with members to understand their needs and providing tailored support and resources - Handling member inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service - Maintaining accurate records, reports, and databases, including member information and sales data Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in a co-working or shared office environment - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required Desirable Skills: - Experience in facility management, operations, or hospitality - Knowledge of the local business community and entrepreneurial ecosystem - Certification in sales, marketing, or business administration (e.g., MBA, CIM) What We Offer: - Competitive salary and commission structure - Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company - Collaborative and supportive work environment - Professional development opportunities - Health Insurance for the first family for up to INR 5 lakh For more details and to apply, please visit our careers page at https://www.gototheaddress.com/careers/,
