Role Overview

We’re seeking a Hub Manager to oversee daily hub operations, manage technicians, and ensure smooth fleet performance. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the EV or automotive industry with strong leadership and operational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technicians and day-to-day hub operations.
• Ensure timely maintenance, charging, and vehicle readiness.
• Monitor fleet health, breakdowns, and service schedules.
• Maintain operational reports and hub discipline.
• Coordinate with operations and fleet teams for performance targets.

Requirements

• Graduate in Engineering / Operations / related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in fleet or operations management (EV experience preferred).
• Strong team management and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of EV operations and maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
