Job Description – Client Support Executive Position: Client Support Executive Location: Sector 32, Gurgaon Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 0–1 yr Reports To: Sales Manager Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to drive 2-wheeler sales by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchase process. The role involves active selling, lead conversion, and ensuring excellent customer service both before and after the sale. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to follow up with leads, share offers, and convert prospects into buyers. Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and finance options. Assist customers with test rides, documentation, and booking process. Maintain lead records, follow-ups, and status updates in the CRM system. Coordinate with the delivery, finance, and after-sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
