Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hub Manager located in Muzaffarnagar. The Hub Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily hub operations, managing a team of delivery partners, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, handling logistics issues, coordinating with different teams, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related field
• Team management and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in using logistics software and tools
• Knowledge of local geography and demographics
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
