The ideal candidate will have experience managing operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring smooth workflow, especially in a dynamic EV environment. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee daily hub operations, ensuring efficient workflow. • Supervise and coordinate with teams, including drivers, technicians, and staff. • Ensure proper maintenance and availability of EVs and charging stations. • Track and report key performance metrics, including operational efficiency and safety compliance. • Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving hub operations. • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure top-notch service. • Maintain health and safety standards within the hub. Skills & Qualifications: • Experience: 2-3 years in operations, logistics, or hub management, preferably in EV or related industries. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in using operational management software.
