Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day hub operations, including
first-mile, mid-mile, and last-mile
processes.
Ensure
on-time dispatches, pickups, and deliveries
as per business requirements.
Supervise and coordinate with
Delivery Associates (DAs), Hub Staff, and Fleet
.
Monitor
load, route planning, and trip completion
to achieve productivity targets.
Maintain and track
SLA adherence, TAT, and customer experience KPIs
.
Control operational costs by monitoring
fuel usage, vehicle utilization, and manpower productivity
.
Ensure compliance with
Shadowfax policies, safety standards, and process guidelines
.
Handle
hub escalations
and provide timely resolutions.
Collaborate with the
city/cluster managers
to drive business efficiency.
Maintain hub
documentation, invoice records, and MIS reports
.
Drive
performance improvement, training, and motivation
of on-ground staff.
