Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize Hub operations for seamless delivery management
• Lead and streamline the entire Logistics processes
• Drive key performance metrics to improve operational efficiency, including Delivery SLAs, Inventory Management
• Monitor real-time service levels and ensure schedule adherence for operational excellence.
• Handle invoice and inventory reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy.

What We Expect from You:

• Proven experience with performance metrics and continuous process improvement in operational roles.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
