Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hub Manager located in Siliguri. The Hub Manager will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient store management and provide superior customer service. Responsibilities include supervising and motivating the store team, managing inventory and stock levels, analyzing performance metrics, coordinating with vendors and supply chains, and ensuring adherence to company standards and policies. The Hub Manager will also play a key role in promoting a positive shopping experience and ensuring operational efficiency for the store.


Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising, motivating, and developing team members.
  • Proficiency in inventory management, stock control, and coordinating with supply chains to ensure smooth operations.
  • Analytical skills to review performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and team members.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Prior retail management experience, preferably in a hypermarket or multi-product retail environment.
  • Familiarity with retail technology systems and tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
