Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Hub Operations Management

Oversee end-to-end daily hub operations (Inbound, Sorting, Outbound & Returns).
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery as per SLA/TAAT.
Maintain proper load distribution to delivery executives.
Monitor shipment flow, NDR, RTO, and maintain delivery quality.

2. People Management

Manage delivery boys/riders, supervisors, and other hub staff.
Ensure proper attendance, discipline, and shift planning.
Provide training and performance feedback to the team.

3. Inventory & Shipment Handling

Ensure accurate scanning during inbound and outbound.
Maintain inventory accuracy with zero pilferage.
Oversee returns, undelivered shipments, and daily reconciliation.

4. Customer & Client Coordination

Coordinate with customer support, sellers, and clients for escalations.
Resolve delivery issues and NDR calls on time.
Maintain good relationship with partners/vendors.

5. Compliance & Safety

Ensure adherence to company SOPs and safety norms.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security at the hub.
Monitor vehicle usage and route planning for optimized operations.

6. Reporting & Analysis

Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports (delivery performance, rider productivity, pending shipments).
Track hub KPIs Delivery %, RTO %, NDR %, productivity, cost per shipment, etc.
Identify gaps and implement process improvements.
