Job Description

Hub Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee daily hub operations to ensure smooth and timely execution.
Manage and supervise the delivery executives and support staff.
Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to maintain accuracy and timelines.
Ensure proper route planning, load management, and resource allocation.
Track performance metrics such as TAT, delivery compliance, and productivity.
Handle escalations related to delivery, customer issues, or operational delays.
Maintain inventory records, hub stock, and reconciliation reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational SOPs.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (logistics, customer support, warehouse).
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and share with management.
Drive cost efficiency and reduce operational losses.
Support in hiring, training, and performance evaluation of hub staff.
