Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Hub Manager, primarily based in Bengaluru with flexibility for partial remote work arrangements. The Hub Manager will oversee daily operations, manage customer relationships, and lead a team to achieve operational excellence. Responsibilities include ensuring effective resource allocation, driving sales growth, coordinating service activities, ensuring compliance with policies, and contributing to strategic planning. The role also involves fostering a collaborative team environment, analyzing data for performance improvements, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong operational leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and resources effectively
• Proficiency in sales strategies, customer relationship management, and service operations coordination
• Analytical skills for performance tracking, data interpretation, and decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in construction, mining equipment, or engine power system industries is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and travel as needed locally
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proven track record of achieving operational excellence
