Hub Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

• Supervise daily operations including inbound, outbound, and last-mile delivery processes.
  
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch and delivery of goods.
  
• Optimize hub layout for improved workflow and space utilization.
  
• Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  

Team Leadership & Supervision:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of supervisors, delivery executives, and support staff.
  
• Assign duties and manage shift schedules to ensure 24/7 operations (if applicable).
  
• Conduct performance reviews and address disciplinary issues.
  

Performance & Compliance:

• Monitor operational KPIs such as TAT, productivity, cost-per-shipment, and SLA adherence.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Conduct audits to minimize losses and ensure inventory accuracy.
  

Customer & Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the escalation point for delivery issues and customer concerns.
  
• Coordinate with regional and corporate teams for smooth operations.
  
• Ensure high-quality service to internal and external customers.
  

Cost & Resource Management:

• Control operational expenses and optimize resource allocation.
  
• Monitor and maintain records related to vehicle use, manpower, and equipment.
  

Process Improvement:

• Analyze bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies.
  
• Leverage technology and data to streamline processes.
  

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  
• Maintain stock records, shipment logs, and audit documentation.
