Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Chennai at Gmmco Ltd. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and excellent customer service in the field on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Field Service and Technical Support skills Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance abilities Customer Service experience Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Diploma in Mechanical Engineering , Autombile engineering, ITI with rich field experience or related field Basic Knowledge in SAP is added advantage Experience in the construction or mining industry is a plus Show more Show less
