Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility for some remote work. As a Field Services Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CNC machines and controllers. Daily tasks include performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and providing on-site technical support to clients. You will play a critical role in ensuring machine efficiency and providing exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Service and Technical Support
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance methods for CNC machines
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure effective communication and relationship-building with clients
• Basic understanding of Automation, PLC Programming, and CNC Controller operations is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and travel to different locations as required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields
