Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility for some remote work. As a Field Services Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CNC machines and controllers. Daily tasks include performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and providing on-site technical support to clients. You will play a critical role in ensuring machine efficiency and providing exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in Field Service and Technical Support Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance methods for CNC machines Strong Customer Service skills to ensure effective communication and relationship-building with clients Basic understanding of Automation, PLC Programming, and CNC Controller operations is a plus Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and travel to different locations as required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields
