Role Description

This full-time, on-site Field Services Engineer role is based in Surat. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for executing field service tasks, including equipment installation, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting. They will proactively identify and resolve technical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring smooth equipment functionality. The position also demands adherence to schedules and maintaining optimal operational efficiency for customers.

• Experience with Field Service and Preventive Maintenance tasks
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
• Proven ability to deliver excellent Customer Service
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Engineering or a related field is an advantage
• Willingness to travel and flexibility to adapt to varying work environments
• Experience working in technical or engineering industries
