Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Mysore. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include visiting client sites, diagnosing and resolving equipment issues, offering timely technical assistance, and performing routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal equipment performance. Qualifications Field Service and Troubleshooting skills Technical Support and Preventive Maintenance skills Customer Service skills Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and travel frequently Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is a plus Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field
