Role Description

We are expanding and seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our team in Ahmedabad. We are seeking a Field Service Engineer who is passionate about technology and motivated to support customers both onsite and in the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and service

  medical equipment

  in the field and in the office
• Provide technical support and training to hospital staff
• Perform preventive maintenance and documentation of service reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / B.Tech / B.Sc / B.Pharm

  or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of

  electronics

  and device handling is a must
• Freshers with a strong learning mindset are welcome
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Training
• Knowledge of Sales & Marketing strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
