Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-field technical support for installation, service, and repair

• Create service and repair training videos for internal teams and vendors.

• Conduct technical training sessions for new vendors and service partners.

• Deliver SCRM (Service Customer Relationship Management) training to team members.

• Raise and manage spare part requests as per service requirements.

• Monitor and control spare parts consumption to ensure efficient inventory management.

• Support the service team in resolving escalations and ensuring customer satisfaction.\


Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / BE in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.

• 1 year of experience in field service (home appliances preferred).

• Strong technical knowledge of Hobs & Chimneys.

• Good communication and training delivery skills.

• Knowledge of spare management and service processes.

• Ability to work independently and manage vendor relationships.
