Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus). 5+ years of experience in B2B field sales, with at least 2 years in the UPS or power backup industry. Strong technical understanding of UPS systems (offline, line-interactive, and online types). Familiarity with commercial and industrial electrical systems and specifications. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
