We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our regional sales efforts in the UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) industry. The role requires strong technical knowledge of power backup solutions and a proven ability to generate business across commercial, industrial, and institutional segments. You will manage a field sales team and be responsible for driving growth, building client relationships, and expanding market share. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise an achieve sales targets in the assigned region. Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, data center, healthcare, and other power-reliant sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, electrical consultants, and system integrators. Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demos to promote UPS solutions. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management. Ensure team adherence to sales processes, documentation. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus). 5+ years of experience in B2B field sales, with at least 2 years in the UPS or power backup industry. Strong technical understanding of UPS systems (offline, line-interactive, and online types). Familiarity with commercial and industrial electrical systems and specifications. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
