Position: Sales / Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth targets
Establish and expand a robust sales and distribution network
Drive business development with OEMs, EPCs, end users, and channel partners
Forecast sales, analyze market trends, and prepare growth plans
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team
Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and other internal departments
Coordinate with customers to understand technical requirements and application needs
Strengthen Entech Controls brand presence in the industrial valve and automation market

Candidate Profile

Degree in
Mechanical Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering
and/or
Business Management
510 years of experience
in sales, marketing, or business development within industrial valves, control valves, or automation
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong analytical, forecasting, and strategic planning skills
In-depth knowledge of
control valve applications and end-user requirements
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with manufacturing plants and customers

Location

Manufacturing plant located in
Nashik (Industrial Area)
Corporate office in
Mumbai
Preferred base location is the Nashik plant; however,
remote or flexible location
can be considered for the right candidate

Compensation

Remuneration will be no bar for the right candidate
