Sales Manager – Closing

Key Responsibilities

Handle
qualified walk-in and digital leads
generated by the marketing team
Conduct
in-person and virtual client consultations
Understand client requirements and propose suitable
interior solutions & packages
Present design concepts, pricing, and value propositions confidently
Negotiate and close deals
within defined timelines
Maintain high conversion ratios and revenue targets
Coordinate with design, operations, and execution teams post-closure
Update CRM with accurate client and sales data
Mentor junior sales team members (if applicable)

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–8 years of experience in
B2C sales / closing roles
Experience in
interior design, real estate, luxury sales, or home dcor
preferred
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Target-driven mindset with proven closing track record
Comfortable working in a
fast-paced, high-growth environment
Willingness to work on weekends (weekly off as per roster)
