Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute localized marketing strategies for your assigned region
• Identify and engage with OEMs, EPC contractors, project consultants, and end-users
• Generate and follow up on leads to support sales conversions
• Promote our complete range of valves and actuators through technical presentations, virtual demos, and direct meetings
• Attend and represent the company at regional trade shows, expos, and client events
• Provide insights on market trends, competitive activity, and potential opportunities to the central team
• Maintain and update customer interactions and progress through CRM tools
• Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or related technical field
• Minimum 4–5 years of industrial sales or marketing experience, preferably in valves, actuators, automation, or flow control systems
• Strong network of regional contacts in oil & gas, pharma, chemicals, power, or water industries
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — both verbal and written
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic digital tools
