Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and resolve customer inquiries effectively. Teamwork & Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., marketing, engineering, customer support) to ensure seamless customer experience. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales organization. Technology Proficiency: Experience with Sales CRM software is preferred. Qualifications: Proven experience in BFSI sales, preferably in the Electrical / Electronics sector. Strong understanding of the channel sales model and partner management best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in CRM and other sales related software.
