Position: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager  Role: To drive sales of Transformers, Stabilizers, Inverters, and UPS systems for BFSI Segment. Build strong client relationships, achieve sales targets, and provide expert solutions. Requires product knowledge, sales skills, and CRM proficiency. Key Responsibilities: Product Expertise: Deeply understand our product offerings, including their technical specifications, applications, and competitive advantages. Business Development: Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the BFSI sector through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, industry events, CRM). Conduct effective client meetings, actively listen to their needs, and build strong, long-term relationships. Develop and deliver compelling product presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions. Sales Execution: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales activity. Customer Focus: Provide expert consultation and customized solutions that address the unique power requirements of BFSI clients. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and resolve customer inquiries effectively. Teamwork & Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., marketing, engineering, customer support) to ensure seamless customer experience. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales organization. Technology Proficiency: Experience with Sales CRM software is preferred. Qualifications: Proven experience in BFSI sales, preferably in the Electrical / Electronics sector. Strong understanding of the channel sales model and partner management best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in CRM and other sales related software.
