Assistant Sales Manager

Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and consultants for project-based product sales.
Handle end-to-end project sales cycle from lead generation, technical presentation, quotation, negotiation, to closure.
Conduct site visits, product demos, and solution presentations to customers.
Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to offer customized solutions as per project requirements.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies to identify new business opportunities.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and follow-ups in CRM or internal systems.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of project sales in the building materials / construction hardware segment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of market and geography
Ability to understand and convey technical product details
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
