Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Services Engineer based in New Delhi. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across a variety of systems supported by Zigma Technologies, such as UPS, drives, and automation systems. The role includes providing technical support, conducting scheduled preventive maintenance, and ensuring seamless operation of installed systems. The engineer will also engage with customers and provide excellent on-site customer service to resolve technical issues effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Field Service operations, including equipment installation, repair, and servicing
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems in a timely manner
• Experience in providing efficient and professional Technical Support to clients
• Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance practices to ensure system reliability and longevity
• Excellent Customer Service skills to build positive client relationships and address concerns
• ITI, Diploma or a related technical field
• Previous experience with UPS, automation systems, or related technologies is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
