Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for performing equipment installations, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and delivering responsive technical support and customer service. The role also involves providing detailed reports on field activities and maintaining service records to ensure operational efficiency. Qualifications Experience in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance of electrical or mechanical systems Strong troubleshooting and Technical Support skills Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients on-site Ability to work independently and adapt to new challenges in diverse environments Technical or vocational training in engineering, mechanics, or a related field is preferred Willingness to travel locally within assigned regions as required
