Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Assistant based in Kolhapur. The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities, including credit control, handling petty cash, and general finance-related tasks. The role also involves maintaining accurate financial records, facilitating effective communication regarding financial matters, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operational workflow. Qualifications Experience in Credit Control and managing Petty Cash Proficiency in Finance and Accounting Strong Communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
