Field Services Engineer

As a Field Service Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance to the field service team and addressing product issues. Your main responsibilities will include: - Supporting the field service team in handling product issues and upgrading major product issues, ensuring continuous tracking until resolution. - Extracting product improvement suggestions from product problems to enhance product competitiveness. - Assisting the field service team in completing site commissioning work. - Preparing and releasing technical support related SOPs and guidance documents. - Providing after-sales AC ability training, communicating with suppliers, collecting data, and ensuring standard output in AC capacity building. - Leading the development of after-sales service tools. Qualifications required for this role include: - Electrician experience with a high voltage certificate. - Strong learning ability and execution skills. - Background in project management. - Experience with PCS or DC systems is preferred. - Excellent communication skills. In terms of attitude, we are looking for someone with a quick response time, strong execution skills, initiative, and the ability to bear hardships. If you have a background in project management and experience in the BESS industry, it will be considered a plus.
