Field Services Engineer

Job Title: Service Engineer – Robotics Support

Job Location: Gurgaon / NCR

Key Responsibilities

• Visit

  client sites across NCR

  , including Delhi Airport, to provide on-site technical support
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve

  robotic hardware and software issues

• Perform

  preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and system health checks

• Respond promptly to breakdowns and ensure

  minimum equipment downtime

• Coordinate with

  remote engineering and technical support teams

  for complex issues
• Maintain accurate

  service records, reports, and maintenance documentation

• Ensure compliance with

  safety standards, SOPs, and site-specific protocols

• Support

  installation, testing, commissioning, and deployment

  activities when required
• Provide

  basic operational training and user support

  to client personnel

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in

  Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering

• Fundamental knowledge of

  robotics, automation, or electromechanical systems

Experience & Skills

• 1–4 years

  of experience in

  field service, technical support, or service engineering

• Hands-on experience with

  robotic systems, automation equipment, or industrial machinery

• Strong

  diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving

  abilities
• Willingness to

  travel frequently within the NCR region

  on short notice
• Ability to work

  independently at client sites

  with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills in

  English and Hindi

• Understanding of

  SOPs, safety regulations, and preventive maintenance practices

• Prior exposure to

  airport, metro, or high-security environments

  will be an added advantage
